Let me guess...

Your baby will only sleep on your chest.

You've tried to have them sleep beside you in your bed, but nope. They have to be on you.

It's the only way anyone in the house is getting sleep, so you're desperate to know if it can be done safely.

Will you need a new wedge pillow to prop up at the perfect angle? (Is there a perfect angle?!)

And how can you make it more comfortable? What's the best way to feed baby on and off throughout the night?

You're spiraling.

And you don't even know where to begin finding answers because most safe bedsharing information is about sleeping beside your baby... not under!

Wouldn't it be a game-changer if you had answers to all the biggest chest sleeping questions right there in your pocket, from an expert who's already done all the research for you?

  • Learn how to keep your baby safer throughout the night as you two sleep chest-to-chest.

  • Take steps to prevent chest sleeping pain at night, and learn how to relieve aches in the morning.

  • Steal tips and tricks to help make chest sleeping easier and more enjoyable for you both.

The Chest Sleeping Guide has been such a game changer with my second kid. It is incredibly comprehensive and includes practical tips and links for useful items (ie wedge pillows, pjs etc.). Being able to cosleep safely with my newborn has drastically changed my postpartum experience - for the better. I actually look forward to nighttime (instead of dread it, like the first time around) and feel like I’m getting a good amount of quality sleep at 7 weeks postpartum. Don’t sleep on getting this guide! Thank you Tiffany!

I purchased both guides, and I’m SO incredibly thankful for your research and work. We had a 3 under 3 age thing going for a few months when my last baby was born, and that was rough. Cosleeping and room sharing has helped so much with my ability to let go of the mom guilt and to also feel like at the end of the day, I AM nurturing them and providing a safe emotional space for them. It has been a lot of hard work, but it has also been so healing for me and I would not have it any other way.

I am so glad I found this guide! Worth every penny. Inutiitvely I had been doing much of this already in my chest sleeping journey with my daughter. It was great to get this guide to confirm what I had been doing and also to answer questions I found myself wondering. I also learned new information and ways to improve our chest sleeping. I also really appreciate the links provided throughout the guide. 10/10 would recommend!

I am writing this as my newborn sleeps on my chest, the only place she would sleep. I felt so stressed at first not knowing what was safe and what wasn’t. We both sleep better with the peace of mind from this guide. Additionally after reading the tips on how to transition from chest sleeping to cuddle curling, we have actually been able to successfully begin to transition to the cuddle curl position! This has really helped my postpartum recovery to have the option to get some sleep lying on my side and still have her close. I have loved being able to have her close to me, and both be able to get the rest we so desperately need. I'm so grateful for the work Tiffany put into making this guide! Jam packed with exactly the info we needed, it is worth every penny if you also have an infant who constantly wants to be close, and you want the peace of mind knowing how to keep them safe 🤍

It is obvious that Tiffany has put a lot of work into this guide to make it the perfect tool for parents wanting to know more about chest sleeping. It is easy to read and to navigate through. She interviewed quite a few experts in their different fields to answer some of the questions. There are photos for visual learners. And it’s overall just beautifully laid out! I strongly recommend it!

I am currently chest sleeping with my newborn and we are absolutely loving it. I always felt safe bed sharing would be right for our family from my research, and I had planned to use the cuddle curl method. Chest sleeping also appealed, so I bought the guide. I am so glad I did. I had an unexpected C section birth so couldn't lie flat in bed initially, chest sleeping has been comfortable for me and for my baby. We are all calm, rested and not worrying about sleep at all. I am so pleased I found the @cosleepy page and this guide.

We are first-time parents and prior to my wife giving birth, I began researching everything I could get my hands on. Soon after, I learned that contrary to Western “common knowledge,” current research actually indicates that bedsharing is ideal for babies' neurodevelopment. We decided we were going to bedshare, but we quickly found that there were no quality co-sleeping resources available, let alone anything evidence-based. That is, until we found Cosleepy. Cosleepy’s courses and guides are evidence-backed, which is incredibly important to us, and gave us all the tools we needed to bedshare and have peace of mind. It has been a little over six months now, and there hasn’t been a night that our baby girl hasn’t slept with us safely, and our whole family joyfully.

You are exhausted. You're spread thin.

And you *definitely* don't have money to burn.

Unlike those expensive and time-consuming video courses, live webinars, or 100-page PDF guides... this one was actually designed with you in mind. Each FAQ is individually-packaged for ease and speed, and the whole compilation is only $39. Come back to it throughout your baby's first year of life, as questions pop up. There's no need to go through everything in one sitting! The answers will be there when you need them.

Here's the skinny...

A handful of FAQs (about the FAQs)

  • What topics are covered?

The Chest Sleeping FAQ Guide covers the safety, comfort, and logistics of sleeping chest-to-chest during your baby's first year of life.

  • How long will it take me to finish?

It's designed to be cherry-picked, depending on what FAQ you need answered at 3 a.m. However, it you decide to go through all of it in one sitting, it should take about an hour.

  • How many lessons are there?

There are 23 lessons for you to choose from, depending on the information you need in the middle of the night.

  • Can I download it?

The majority of the modules are not downloadable, however there are three bonus PDFs for you to share with friends and family.

  • How long will I have access to it?

Even though it primarily relates to your baby's first year, you will be enrolled for three years. (Longer access is available by request.)

  • Are there refunds?

No, since you will have instant access to all of the course material upon enrollment.

  • What are customers saying?

Since August 16, 2023, more than 2,500 parents across the globe have enrolled. So far, all reviews have been 5-star.
